Every cake I create is baked to order and thoughtfully customized to reflect your unique vision. As a cake designer, I take pride in crafting original designs rather than replicating others’ work, ensuring that each piece is truly one of a kind.

I make everything from scratch, including my fondant, buttercream, caramels, and curds, using only the finest ingredients—real vanilla beans, Belgian chocolate, and creamy butter. For bold, natural flavors, I use either fresh fruits or will sometimes incorporate freeze-dried fruits, making coulis and buttercreams that much more flavourfull! I’m happy to accommodate gluten-free, eggless, dairy-free, and vegan requests.

I offer a variety of flavors to delight you and your guests, and if you have something specific in mind, I’d love to bring it to life! Below are some of my favorite options, which can be paired with luscious fillings such as a silky vanilla curd, rich salted caramel, or vibrant fruit coulis.

Minimum cake size is  6”  3-layer cake from $125 for a smooth buttercream finish.

Personalized toppers

Cake toppers add personality to your custom cake and make a statement about your event. We currently sell toppers that are made of robust card stock. From gold, silver to several various colours, we’ll definitely find the perfect combination to go with your cake.

Once the size of your cake is confirmed, we’ll be happy to guide you for the details.
Prices start at $18.

Before the fondant can be applied to the cake, a layer of buttercream or ganache must be added and smoothed to perfection to create a good foundation.  

 

All our cakes are circular and contain 3 even layers of cake which are filled with your favorite buttercream or ganache. 

Please note that we do not offer slab cakes. For larger groups, we recommend multi-tiered cakes
